Rigid-flex PCB Prototype Fabrication

Specialties as Quick-turn Prototypes

Specialties as quick-turn for prototypes is one of our key goal. PCB Quick-turn for your prototype work and deliveries spread over weeks for large volume in a blanket order, are all handled smoothly.

And PCBA Quick-turn would be base on material lead time.

PCB Fabrication Time Specialties

PCB Fabrication Lead Time (Working Days)

Double-side: Prototype 3-5 days; Mass Production 5-8 days

Multipayer: Prototype 4-5 days; Mass Production 6-9 days

Rigid-flex/HDI: Prototype 10-15 days; Mass Production 15-19 days

PCB Assembly can be conducted in 24 hours according to customer

Highfive Electronics is dedicated to on-time product delivery, with special emphasis on proper documentation. Specification reviews with engineers and regular feedback will keep you abreast of any new developments on your product.

Quote in 24 Hours Specialties

Provide PCB quotes in 12 hours according to your Gerber files based on high quality, quick PCB fabrication, competitive cost.

Provide PCBA quotes in 24 hours according to your BOMs. Quick PCBA quotes are based on our best resources for ICs and all BOM materials, especially, ICs, Battery, etc

PCB prototype specialties services give you complete control over your order. We can turn even the most complicated designs into working prototypes quickly and with minimal fuss.

PCB prototyping

Prototyping PCB is your chance to see the first functional version of your design.

Before going to pilot or small volume, batch production, this is one step to iron out any design kinks, improve the allocation of materials, and impress stakeholders or investors with an interest in your project.

The teams at Highfive Technology have decades of experience. Then can turning ideas and PCB designs into fully functional prototypes. We’d love to do the same for you.

Got Quick PCBA But a Tight Budget

We offer a number of discounts in areas. They are like finishing, testing, turnaround rate, and delivery time.

The highly functional cost team can source for breaks down costs, optional extras, and available discounts to give you full control over the purchasing decision.

The quickest PCB prototype Specialties

We always speed up the ordering process. Decades of experience in various sectors of the electronics industry has given our team a healthy appreciation for the kinds of commercial pressures and deadlines which engineers and designers face every day.

This understanding helps us prioritize the rapid delivery of quality circuit boards before everything else. We work at the pace modern-day designers expect from their suppliers.

Need a prototype delivered before an exhibition. We can be up all night finalizing a design before that big investor meeting.

Quality Standard

Stringent quality control ensures delivery of the good product, We follow the industrial standards dictated by IPC and below. PCBs are UL-rated for flammability in FR-4 and hybrid materials, most special material.

Our processes are calibrated by an independent agency to maintain traceability to International Standards.

Internal process controls and quality procedures keep all processes running smoothly. All this helps deliver products in a timely fashion at a market-driven quality.

IMPEDANCE CONTROL Specialties

The recent advance in high-speed technology has increased the switching time of semiconductors.

This PCB model is introduced to operate at faster frequencies.

This leads PCB to avoid breakdown, circuit delays, and decreases energy loss. These factors lead to increase layer number.

Mixed Dielectric Base High-Frequency PCBs

Specialties for NPI

Many of our customers have entrusted us to work with them on their NPI/Prototype needs and then to successfully transition those new projects to production volumes.

Our NPI process ensures that your NPI requirements will be managed and built by the same Electronic Solutions Team and Equipment that will build your production volumes.

This allows for a value-added process that ensures high quality and cost-effective products for you.

Accountability and superior customer satisfaction is provided by nothing being lost in the transition from the NPI/Prototype process to the higher volume production process.

Tips for designing high frequency board layout

Tips for designing high frequency board layout (1) High-frequency circuits tend to have high integration and high wiring density. The use of multi-layer boards is both necessary for wiring and an effective means to reduce interference. (2) The less the lead bend between the pins of the high-speed circuit device, the better. It is better to use full straight line for high frequency circuit wiring. If turning is needed, 45 degree break line or arc turning can be used. Once meeting this requirement, the external transmission of high frequency signals and the coupling between them can be reduced. (3) The shorter the lead between the pins of high frequency circuit devices, the better. (4) The fewer lead layers alternating between pins of high frequency circuit devices, the better. It means that the fewer Via holes used in the process of component connection, the better. Reducing the number of Via holes can significantly improve the speed. (5) High-frequency circuit wiring
